Yes, we ship the posters worldwide, so most likely also to yoúr address.

When placing an order it will be added in your CART.  Cost of shipping to your country will show up at the CHECKOUT. We charge only for the exact costs of shipping so no extra’s or hidden fees. 

At the moment we ónly use PayPal. We are working on other payment options and will add them on the site as soon as they are available.

If your country does not show up in your cart, it does not mean we do not ship to you country! Probably the costs of shipping for your country is more specific. Please contact us for the exact shipping rate to your country so you can order your poster(s).

It takes us normally a few days to pack and post the order, also depending on the day the order is placed.

As soon as we ship your order you receive an announcement at the email address you provided, by the company that ships your order. This email includes the Track & Trace code so you can follow your order online.

When ordering more posters at the same time we will only charge shipping costs for one poster.

If a poster is labeled ‘Out of Stock’ we do our best to add it in the shop again as soon as possible.

Oh No!! The posters are rolled up, and shipped in a sturdy shipping tube.

Nope. The frame is only used for a preview to show how your poster looks in a frame on your wall.

Orders
Once paid orders can NOT be changed, canceled or returned.

Receipt
Make sure that the address is accessible for the Parcel Service and that someone is present at the address to personally receive the order. If the order cannot be delivered to the buyer’s address by the parcel service or the order is not collected from a local parcel service in the country of arrival, the order may be returned. Only when we have received this order back, it can be re-sent by us. Note in this case only undamaged posters will be accepted by us. The buyer is responsible for the new shipping costs. Of course, the ordered poster(s) does not have to be paid again.

Shipping time
Use the supplied Track&Trace code to check the shipping status of the package. Because the posters are shipped worldwide, it is NOT possible for us to indicate a time of delivery. Shipments to the United States may take longer due to customs regulations.

Loss or damage
The posters are checked with the utmost care and neatly packed. In the event of loss or damage to the packaging, and possibly the posters, contact the parcel service YOURSELF and use the provided Track & Trace code. Unfortunately, we are NOT able to contact the various parcel services in the different countries of recipients. Therefore, once we have confirmed the shipment and provided the Track&Trace code to the recipient, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage by third parties during shipment!
